The Permanent Mission of China to ESCAP and the International Poverty Reduction Center in China co-hosted a side event on poverty reduction organized by the Center for Sustainable Agricultural Mechanization (CSAM) on April 28th during the 77th Commission Session of ESCAP. Participants shared domestic and regional experiences and best practices on poverty alleviation, and presented their knowledge and perspectives on sustainable agriculture and rural vitalization for the region to build back better from the COVID-19 pandemic.
