On February 22, the the ESCAP Secretariat held the launch of the "Policy Guidebook on Promoting FDI in the Digital Economy in Asia and the Pacific". ESCAP Executive Secretary Ms. Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana and Permanent Representative of China to ESCAP Mr. Ke Yousheng attended the launch and delivered remarks.
