From August 22 to 23, the High-Level Euro-Asia Regional Review Meeting of the Vienna Programme of Action for the LLDCs was held in Bangkok, Thailand. During the meeting, Mr. Ke Yousheng, Permanent Representative of China to ESCAP moderated the Panel Discussion of “Achieving seamless and sustainable connectivity through transport and ICT infrastructure”.
