The third Asian and Pacific Energy Forum was held at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok and online from 19 to 20 October 2023.
Mr. He Yang, Vice Administrator of National Energy Administration of China headed the Chinese delegation to the Forum and delivered statements at the high-level discussion and country policy statement.
