On September 29, the 29th Dialogue Partners Meeting of Mekong River Commission (MRC) was held in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The meeting gathered representatives from MRC member countries and dialogue partners, China and Myanmar. Mr. Ye Xuenong, Permanent Representative of China to ESCAP led a delegation to attend the meeting.
